02. Client Challenge
03. The Turning Point
“I treated it as a brand + conversion product: strong visual hierarchy, listing cards that sell at a glance, and clear CTAs, built with Next.js and Supabase so the site can grow beyond a static brochure.”
04. The Process
Brand & Landing Architecture
Designed a premium layout with floating navigation, gold accents, and a clear path from homepage story to listings and booking.
Listings Experience
Built responsive listing cards with status badges (For Sale / For Rent), pricing, addresses, and property specs for fast scanning.
Conversion UI
Placed primary CTAs like Book a Call in the nav and key sections so visitors always have a next step.
Next.js Frontend
Implemented reusable React components with Tailwind and a clean section structure for services, about, testimonials, and FAQs.
Supabase Foundation
Wired Supabase where needed for a maintainable data/backend foundation alongside the marketing site.
Cursor AI Workflow
Used Cursor AI to accelerate UI implementation and iteration while keeping human review on design quality and conversion details.
