02. Client Challenge
03. The Turning Point
“I treated the site as a conversion-focused advisory brand: strong hero messaging, proof stats, featured listings, and repeated CTAs, accelerated with Claude Code while grounding the build on Next.js and Supabase.”
04. The Process
Brand & Hero Experience
Built a full-bleed luxury hero with clear headline, value proposition, and primary/secondary CTAs (Book a Call / Browse Listings).
Trust & Proof Bar
Added market stats (years in market, property closed, median time to offer, % of asking) to reinforce credibility under the fold.
Listings & Services
Structured featured listings and service offerings (buyer, seller, investment) so visitors can scan options and take action.
Social Proof & FAQs
Integrated testimonials and FAQ sections to answer objections before booking.
Claude Code + Modern Stack
Used Claude Code to accelerate UI and section implementation, with Next.js/React for the frontend and Supabase for a maintainable backend foundation.
Responsive Polish
Refined navigation, typography, spacing, and CTA placement for a premium experience across desktop and mobile.
